Mr. Talat Zaki Hafiz has over 32 years of working experience in the Banking & Financial Industry. In addition, he possesses economic & business management experience.

He started his career in 1977 as a teacher assistant & lecturer in the accounting department with King Saud University. Thereafter he worked with the Saudi National Bank (SNB), previously known as National Commercial Bank (NCB) in various positions as Head of Private Banking – Central Region & Head of Commercial Businesses Banking, Assistant Regional Manager, Deputy Regional Manager & Assistant General Manager.

After working with SNB for 22 years, in 2009 he joined Saudi Banks as the Secretary General of the Media & Banking Awareness Committee & the official Spokesperson, responsible for enhancing banking knowledge & awareness in Saudi society.

 Also, he was associated as a CEO with United Assets Co, an Investment & Real Estate Development Company and Deputy General Manager with Baa- Azeem Trading Co. (FMCG business).

Presently he is a retired person working as a freelance in areas of interest; such as banking & financial consultations & media related matters.

Also, he was a board member with several public & private institutions such as Saudi Broadcasting Authority (SBA), General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), Mohammed Alrajhi & Sons Investment & Real-state Company.

Currently he is a board member of Baa- Azeem Trading Co (a company listed in the main Saudi Stock Market), economic & financial columnist in Riyadh & Arab newspapers & TV anchor, presenting an economic & financial program in Elekbariah Saudi TV channel (Bewodooh).

Mr. Hafiz has a Bachelor degree in Accounting from King Saud University and a Master degree in Professional Accounting from University of Hartford in USA.
