Bilal is an Industrial Business Development Professional who savor’s the challenge of strategy development, process improvement, and investments. Bilal works to build a reliable value chain for Saudi Aramco and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through local industrial development, strategic procurement, and industry localization. Bilal holds MBA degree from the George Washington University with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. He also holds a Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University. In his role at Aramco Namaat program, Bilal oversees the investments of 9 National Champions in the Industrial sector.
